First contact with Triora
You will speak directly with one of our personal advisors. If they are busy when you call, we will ask you to leave your contact information and will return your call as soon as possible.
If you already submitted the contact form, or have asked us to call you back, then one of our psychiatrists or psychologists specialising in addiction treatment will call you for the first free orientation consultation.
During this call, we will give you comprehensive information about Triora's addiction treatment programmes and advise you on the best way to proceed in your case.
One of our expert psychiatrists or psychologists specialising in addiction treatment conducts the admission assessment.
Within 24 hours we will have the first telephone call. This call is an exploratory conversation where we listen to your needs and share information about the most suitable treatment options for you.
It can happen that someone with serious problems is still in denial about their addiction, and refuses treatment. If you are a concerned family member or close friend, you can seek professional advice for your loved one, but you cannot force them to accept treatment at a private clinic like Triora, against their will.
One avenue open to you is to seek the help of a family interventionist. A family interventionist is someone trained and experienced in orchestrating interventions, and who, together with family and close friends, can help the person suffering from addiction to recognise their problem so they can accept professional care.
Triora works with a close network of independent interventionists who can help families approach a loved one suffering from addiction. Please ask us if you would like advice in this regard.
About Triora recovery clinics
Triora recovery clinics have both single and shared rooms. All rooms are equipped with TV, heating and AC, telephone and intercom. Most have a private bathroom. We also have rooms for disabled patients.
Triora understands the need for a healthy diet to facilitate recovery. Our chefs serve healthy and attractive menus for our patients. All meals are included in the cost of a stay at one of our clinics.
About Triora's team
At Triora, we are passionate about what we do. Our highly qualified and professional team has extensive practical knowledge in addiction care. Most of our staff have over ten years of experience. Our professionals include psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists and nurses.
Many of our team have personal experience with addiction, either themselves or a loved one having suffered from substance abuse or other addictive behaviour.
Trioa's team therefore fully understands what it means to overcome an addiction, and is dedicated to providing genuine, discreet and expert attention.
Triora's proven approach to treatment for addiction and subsequent rehabilitation, has been designed to help those confronting addiction to regain a meaningful life.
We work with our own unique and highly successful method, the Triora Model. This is a unique, holistic addiction treatment developed by Triora in the Netherlands, comprising eight elements. We enhance medically established methods in addiction care such as cognitive behaviour therapy and psychiatric treatment, with our own innovative approach to addiction recovery. Our approach involves treating body, mind and soul. Self-help principles form an integral part of treatment.
Our standard programme of treatment lasts from 8 weeks, and a longer stay is always possible. The length of treatment is based on medical recommendations and every patient's individual needs. It is therefore flexible and individually tailored.
Our treatment includes follow-up aftercare to ensure complete, long-term recovery.
Triora works with two different addiction rehabilitation formats. Residential inpatient treatment is available at our private clinics, at highly competitive rates. Alternatively, depending on your needs and medical recommendations, you can opt for outpatient treatment which can be followed at our outpatient clinics or conducted through secure video conferencing.
Our intensive inpatient programme at the clinic runs from 8 weeks, and consists of individual therapy sessions and group meetings.
Triora's outpatient programme can be provided in person or online. Karify, our digital portal, has an online library with written training materials and videos, which are also used as part of our inpatient programme, and which can be followed at home.
Triora offers support for couples, families, and close friends of those suffering from substance abuse or addictive behaviour.
Family and relationship counselling is included as part of our addiction treatment programme for inpatients at the clinic, and also as part of outpatient treatment (both in person and through videoconferencing). We recommend these sessions, as patients who follow family counselling are more likely to recover from addiction, because family and friends can provide essential support in the rehabilitation process.
96% of our former patients recommend the Triora programme for treating addiction.
We believe that our treatment for addiction is so successful because of our unique holistic approach, which focuses on the three fundamental pillars of body, mind and soul.
The duration of the follow-up programme, or aftercare, is determined by a patient's own needs. From the moment you leave Triora, we will help you build a new life without addictive substances. Our follow-up programme focuses on helping you to apply the guidelines learned at the clinic to your daily life.
Our inpatient clinic programme includes ten follow-up sessions. Additional sessions can be arranged. Aftercare can also be arranged for patients who have completed Triora's outpatient programme.
